Cooshii products are sold through Amazon UK. By purchasing through Amazon, you are also subject to Amazon's terms and conditions. JSJ Brands Ltd acts as the seller of record.

2.3 Pricing

All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice prior to an order being placed.

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Warranty

3.1 Lifetime Warranty

All Cooshii products are covered by our Lifetime Warranty, which covers manufacturing defects and failures in materials or workmanship under normal use. This warranty is offered by JSJ Brands Ltd and is in addition to your statutory rights.

3.2 What is covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Memory foam breakdown or loss of structural integrity
• Cover stitching or zip failures under normal use
• Any defect that makes the product unfit for its intended purpose

3.3 What is not covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, accident or neglect
• Damage caused by use outside the product's intended purpose
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect function

3.4 Making a warranty claim

To make a warranty claim, contact us at support@cooshii.co.uk with your warranty reference number, a description of the defect, and photographs where possible. We will respond within 5 business days.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 Amazon purchases

Orders placed on Amazon UK are subject to Amazon's return policy. You have the right to return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

4.2 Faulty goods

If your product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us at support@cooshii.co.uk.

4.3 Change of mind

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JSJ Brands Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
